Refund policy

All sales are final. No refunds. Fandenonium Apparel is not responsible for and lost or unclaimed packages, we recommended contacting the shipping service. 

We have a 14-day reprint policy for defects, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return of a defective or damaged item only.

To be eligible for a reprint, you must send poof manufacturing error. You’ll also need the order number or pictures of proof.

If your reprint is accepted, we’ll make a new one and ship it out, you do not have to send the stuff back. Please note that we will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Not with standing the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. 

Reprint

You will be notified once we have received and inspected you poof, and we will let you know if the reprint was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically reprint and ship it to you .

If more than 14 business days have passed since your reprint was approved, please contact us.
